I can't believe the five star service I received when recently visiting this family-owned auto repair facility in Willoughby Hills. Across from Gales garden center, Ive passed it a thousand times on my way to work and never noticed it before I had a need to stop in. I saw their advertisements on TV for tires and decided to stop in for a price. The associate Tim was extremely friendly, cordial and helpful. While I waited for him to crunch the numbers I noticed that most people who walked in were greeted by their first name. It was like a small-town experience in the middle of suburbia! You NEVER hear of this anymore! Needless to say their price beat three other competitors that I had called - but I was so impressed I would have gladly given them my business either way. When it came time to get my tires on they set me up in a free loaner vehicle (minus the cost of gasoline) and my vehicle was ready on time, they even left a nice little goodie bag on the seat for me. I was really blown away by how they went above and beyond.
