Review content:
We have had a home in Riverwood for 5 years and we love our house and neighbors, however it pretty much stops there. The Homeowners Association seems to single certain people to enforce the rules with while ignoring their neighbors for the same offenses. The club area and the pool are over-crowded yet they continue to accept memberships from families outside the community. They do very little maintenance around the pool area and things are starting to look pretty shabby. Don't even think about bringing a guest because they will charge you $10-12.00 each even if you just stay an hour. You can buy a 10 visit guest pass but beware - they will rip you off if you don't use all the visits before the end of the season -they will not let you carry them over until the next season.
