Thank you all for your feedback! We are looking elsewhere after reading these reviews and checking things out for myself. Some things I have noticed while surveying the propery was that things were not at all kept up to par. I would be embarassed to live there with all the dead grass and lack of upkeep. I walked around the pond area and the wooden bridge is about falling apart with holes in the walkway! There is trash all over the place as well! The common areas had sod thrown on top of the grass. To top it off, I went into the pool area/ gym just to check it out and some Brutus Beefcake rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he WAS manager (Scott?). Anyhow we will be looking elsewhere. I don't care to be around people like that.
