Review content:
I was referred to the Sugar Land store by a relative with a suggestion to use a different sales representative than they did. That should have been my first clue to go to another store. Upon entering the store one sales person greeted us about halfway in while the other sat with his feet propped up on the desk ask he fiddled with his phone. The sales rep that greeted us was very knowledgeable and gave us space to view the products. We agreed on a style and color of laminate then a time to get the room measured. I first wanted three rooms done but then changed my mind and did only one and decided to go back if I liked the service and the job.
Pros: Great selection and installers
Cons: Sales people at the store could careless
