THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I arrived at the clinic at 4:15 on a Sunday after a car accident and back injury. I was rudely told that I needed a claim number from my insurance since it was an accident. I immediately called my insurance and had a claim number within 10 minutes. The medical assistant came out and asked if I was talking to my insurance and then went to the back room. She came out at 4:35 and told me that the doctor wouldn't be seeing any more patients. We were the only people in the waiting room and we had been there for 20 minutes. When I got upset, the nurse walked in the back room and the receptionist just looked at me blankly. I felt like I was inconveniencing both the nurse and the receptionist by just being there.
