I have tanned at Suntopia since they opened in 2002 and have ALWAYS been greeted by friendly staff who know me by my first name. The girls are always excited to recommend new tanning lotion for me to try. They know what I like and match the perfect products for my budget. For a few weeks earlier this year, there was a short lapse in service but I noticed that the owners immediately took care of these employee issues and service went back to FABULOUS! Considering that I have tanned here for five years, Suntopia's track record is outstanding even with the issues earlier this year. And when you consider their upscale interior, their great equipment, no other tanning salon I have ever been to even compares. The stores are clean, the lamps are always fresh, the staff is friendly and the packages are really affordable, especially if you keep your package renewed. I will never tan anywhere else and recommend Suntopia to all of my friends!
