Good people working there, neighborhood feel. Extremely bad hair care in this salon.While visiting family, I went with my 2 girls to get there hair ""cool colored"" (streaks of pink, teal) in their hair. I also hope to squeeze in a trim (wash/cut/dry). Upon going in, the average age of clients was at least 4-5 decades older.As my girls were fortunate to happen upon Bethany, a young stylist, I breathed a bit of relief. The cool color streaks took a long time to do, but I didn't realize it was a two process step. The girls looks relieved that their colors came out great. Bethany is a sweet girl who knows her cool colors for sure.... Bethany's next customer was yours truly and I actually believed she would do a great job...Summary - she totally lacked ability to cut and style. I asked only for a trim of 1 inch off the bottom of my hair, I wanted was the dry ends off. Barely taper around the face as it was, barely trim the long bangs. Simply put, just follow the lines.....
