My experience was completely different! I worked with Andover Roofing and Gutters to clear out and replace some gutters and fix a patch of shingles on my roof. I got an answer on the first call, the foreman/manager person Barry came to my house withing hours to give me an estimate, which was an extremely competitive price, and after helping me chose exactly what I wanted and needed, we signed the contract he went to get materials that day! I thought that the expedition of getting to work was refreshing from some companies I have contracted in the past, and after all was said and done everything looks great! All the mess was gone, the crew had a good attitude and were professional. I would certainly recommend them!
