hey all just wanted to write about how satisfied i was and happy that i went with andover roofing adn gutters. i had them do some slating and roofwork. it wasnt a big job but they didnt treat me like it and wre very well mannerd. i will use them for big jobs too, and tell my friends to use them!!!! more

I just want to say I am very happy with the job that andover roofing and gutters did for me! Excellent, kept me in the loop, gave me things to chose from, gave us a concise schedule, no mess. No stress! Thank you! I will probably exclusively use them from now on!!! more

I was replacing siding that had rotted and repairing parts of my roof. I called andover roofing and gutters for an estimate, and the price was right, and they have a good reputation. Well, they certainly lived up that rep because I am very pleased with the outcome. They assessed the damage and repaired everything, there were problems than I had initally known about and was pleased that the price was not jacked up to some absurd number, I did my reasearch and they were very fair. I felt that they were honest and the workmanship shows. It looks very good now, and I don't have to worry about leaks or cave ins. I know I can call them for anymore work I need done, and I would suggest that anyone else that needs anything in their repetoire of skills gives them a call as well! more

I initially called andover roofing and gutters to clean out my gutters and downspouts, I hadn't done it in years it looked quite disgusting and it wasn'y functioning as a gutter anymore, just an eye sore! I had them in for an estimate and they were a competetively low price, so I hired them. Everything was done veru quickly, and a very big surprise none of the leafy muddy yuck that had built up over years and years was anywhere on the siding, my bushes and flowers, or the driveway. I will be having them back annually instead of waiting for it to get unbearable again! more

This company did a great job for me and my family. I was very happy to see young men so polite and professional. When they first got noisy on the roof with the power nail guns and tool I went out to see how long the racket would last. They told me that they could wait to use them until it was better for me, if I had a couple hours to do something while they worked! This was very unexpected, I have never had such customer service from a contractor in all my years living in my home. The roof looks good, and I will be going back for quality and service! more

I had them come to my home to investigate a leak that I had just had repaired by a handyman a month previous. The gentleman Barry went up there and came down about 15 minuted later, and told me the bad news first. The leak was more widespread than had been ""fixed"" and when the ""handy""man worked on it he ripped away necessary lining and that this may pose a problem. I am always suspicious so I had another roofing company come and take a look and I didn't mention anything about what Barry had said, and they said the same thing. His estimate was lower and he guaranteed that it would be done in a day. I asked if he could come tomorrow, and to my surprise he said no problem. They came, they saw, they conquered and my roof looks great, no more leaks, and no more handyman! more

My experience was completely different! I worked with Andover Roofing and Gutters to clear out and replace some gutters and fix a patch of shingles on my roof. I got an answer on the first call, the foreman/manager person Barry came to my house withing hours to give me an estimate, which was an extremely competitive price, and after helping me chose exactly what I wanted and needed, we signed the contract he went to get materials that day! I thought that the expedition of getting to work was refreshing from some companies I have contracted in the past, and after all was said and done everything looks great! All the mess was gone, the crew had a good attitude and were professional. I would certainly recommend them! more

This company goes by Haverhill Gutters & Roofing, Merrimack Valley Roofing & Gutters, Andover Roofing & Gutters and Newburyport Roofing & Gutters. They do very poor quality work. AND they do not honor their contract. They will put a product other then that which is on your contract on your house and then will not remove it or refund your money. I have a defective product on my house and they don't care. The owner Tim Shannahan will not return your phone calls. And the salesman/installer Barry Billcliff said he ""doesn't know and doesn't care what he put on my house"". He's also made quite a name for himself. Just goggle his name and see what comes up or just open the below... Cons: They don't stand behind their work or the product they put on your house more
