I loved the service, Prime Properties always responded to my calls and e-mail requests. Robert Gutierrez was my property manager and he treated me in a very proffesional manner and was very easy to work with. When i informed Robert that i was going to move he instructed me on how to follow my obligation to the lease so that i can be eligable to receive my full security deposit back. It was great i followed the instructions that were given to me and i received a 100% of my security deposit. If i had not purchased a home i would have never moved. Thanks to Prime Propertis and Robert i had a great rental experience.
