These guys are thieves who swindle money from landlords. Just in the last year he has ripped me off of in rents plus countless suspicious bills that he has charged to my account....

DO NOT USE AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER 1/24/2010

I HAVE SEVERAL PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THE COMPANY. MY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT CALLS FOR THE RENTS TO BE PAID TO ME EACH MONTH. Cons: THEY DO NOT PAY OWNER HIS RENTS! more

Great rental experience with Prime Properties 6/15/2008

I loved the service, Prime Properties always responded to my calls and e-mail requests. Robert Gutierrez was my property manager and he treated me in a very proffesional manner and was very easy to work with. When i informed Robert that i was going to move he instructed me on how to follow my obligation to the lease so that i can be eligable to receive my full security deposit back. It was great i followed the instructions that were given to me and i received a 100% of my security deposit. If i had not purchased a home i would have never moved. Thanks to Prime Propertis and Robert i had a great rental experience. Pros: Great service Cons: did not find any more
