Review content:
Dave DiFani is not only responsible for bringing great pizza and fun softball to South St, Louis, he is also to blame for many marriages and several couples moving from suburban STL to the city once they discovered this jewel of a neighborhood. Dave was a true pioneer and hung in there to build this business when the neighborhood was less than desirable. Even through the carjackings, muggings, etc. of 20 years ago, the Thorn was a place to be. If this were in Chicago or New York all of you hipsters bitching about poor service and long cooking times would be raving about what an awesome place this was to meet. The Black Thorn is a place you must visit when in St. Louis and while you're there yuo might ask Dave to borrow one of his favorite books or play Battling Tops. This is an original place in a world of boring sameness. If you don't like unique, go visit some place where they wear 30 pieces of ""flair""
