i agree....this place is amazing when it comes to venue & food/drink. but the valet experience was horrible. not only did they jump the curb RIGHT IN FRONT OF US, [in doing so....the tire was popped with air hissing out of it as they pulled it around 10 feet....] they DENIED it saying someone slashed it while it was in the parking lot. if that were so....the tire wouldn't be hissing as it came to us, (we were there for several hours.) the mgrs of firefly told us that since it was an independent valet company, we'd have to take it up with them. and that wasn't happening!! firefly did offer us free drinks while we waited for AAA, but we still lost out on the valet taking responsibility for their childlike actions.
