I've read some of the other user reviews for Firefly and find the negative ones to be somewhat unfair, mostly speaking of a single incident in which the service was sub-par. Granted, service is important, but I stopped in for drinks one night last week and found the service to be top-notch. The bartenders actually know how to mix a drink, imagine that. How often have you stopped by some trendy bar to find cheezy, over-chatty bartenders who can't even do their job? Also, we ordered a few of the appetizers and they were all delicious. Love the atmosphere, crowded but still somehow intimate and, yes, warm. Also, the bartender revealed to me that the restaurant management is going through some sort of overhaul. Maybe these changes I noticed will be permanent. Pleasantly surprised... I'll be back for dinner next time.
