I live just off of Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, so needless to say, Firefly is sort of my ""local"". I am in there once to twice a week and always impressed with the warmtth and attentiveness of the staff, the quality of the food and wine, and the clientele. I have done everything from stop in alone for a quick bite at the bar, to dining early in the cabanas with my husband and 2 children. While I would agree with other reviewers that the smoke can sometimes be a nuissance, the staff always remembers that we prefer to be in a smoke free area and does a great job of always accomidating those needs. The menu here is stellar and although as a regular, I definitely have my favorites, I am always delighted with the ever changing menu and specials that the kitchen comes up with. Firefly is a true pleasure not to be missed!
Pros: cabanas, friendly and attentive staff, food--YUM!!
