i'm so shoch what i read here about this shop they are true Don't bring your electronics here ,i bought my tv are rc willey's it took 3 weeks before they return it to us then after couple of hours same problem im experiencing on tv after they fix it call them then guy came said that next time take a Video on the screen im complaining about even i have the picture and you can tell now i do some research then i found this but on samsung website they are not authorize shop for them wondering why rc willeys gave us this shop name i dont have choice i need to return the tv cause they changed the panel its consider brand new tv even the tv is really braqnd new bought it dec 2010 hope this time they will do it right,ill follow up after this .....
