Review content:
I had called this company recommended to me by Frys to get my Samsung DLP fixed. When I called into the company and explained my problem the lady who took my information explained how the service call would work and she answered all my questions I had. I called in on a Monday and she scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. When the tech John came out he said my tv had a bad color wheel he gave me the price to fix and said it should take a few days to get and he would come back out. I received a call from Video Tech on Friday that they received my part in and John could come out that same day if I was available which I was so John came out and installed my color wheel. I do not understand these bad reviews this company and there technician John are very friendly and completely knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone!!!
