Review content:
Very very slow. Took over a month for them to get the TV diagnosed and repaired. Then they acted like I was a complete nuisance by calling them to ask about MY TV. Like they had to go out of their way to give me an update. Last I checked your getting my business! Beyond the fact they were rude, they never could give me a date... they just said ""When we get to it."" We ended up having to cancel our superbowl party because they couldn't even finishing it. Do not go here at all expenses!!
Pros: They are samusung's referral
Cons: They don't work on the TV's. Even Samsung had to keep calling them to try to get them to work on the TV.
