I was really looking forward to my experience at the White Room, trekking from Nashville with 3 of my best friends for a fun day of gown shopping. I heard good things about the White Room and read the reviews here, and was excited to find a large selection of low-moderate priced gowns. The downside was the service!! Chelsie was our consultant- don't book her- and was rude to me, rude to my friends, and sent us the vibe that she couldn't wait for us to leave! She rushed us, told my friends to stop helping me, and acted like she was doing me a favor by letting me look around. I asked her for suggestions once I had determined I wanted a mermaid-looking dress, and she gave NONE. Told me to go back and look myself. I wouldn't buy a dress here if my life depended on it... I'm sure other consultants are better, but I had a terrible experience here!!
Pros: Large selection for low-moderate price points
Cons: Bad service, too crowded, just plain rude
