I value input while planning my wedding and I always looking for great advice, but I take these city search reviews as being one sided, so here's my side. I for one have had a TERRIFIC experience at The White Room. I have been working with the nicest girls that have went above and beyond to contact me through e-mail and phone correspondence even after I ordered my dresses (bridal/bridesmaids/mother). I have always been treated with kindness, excitement, fairness, and promptness. I was referred to the white room by a friend who had nothing but great things to say about the girls there and I found my experience to be true to her word. I would recommend anyone that hasn't shopped there to give them a try for themselves. I don't think you will be disappointed. I hate that there was a negative experience there because I don't believe it speaks for the hundreds of girls that buy their dream gown there every year.
