Review content:
At least purchasing the bridesmaid dresses was a HORRIBLE experience. I got my dress from the White Room and I am certain the only reason why I didn't have issues is because we bought it right off the floor. The bridesmaid dresses (I was ordering 8) couldn't be ordered until we had all the measurements, I get this part. My wedding is in June and we didn't get all the measurements in until the first of March. I knew this was a little late to be ordering the dresses so I asked the manager if we needed to put a rush on the dresses and she assured me it would be ""FINE"" and there was no need for a rush. I asked her this on 3 separate occassions- and each time she gave me the same ""IT WILL BE FINE"" answer. My mom called to get an update on the dresses and the girl that answered the phone #1) Couldn't even find my order #2) Finally found it and told me they would be shipped May 17th and received either 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after- I was furious- 2 weeks after would be AFTER the wedding #3) The manager said that once she saw that they were ready she would have them OVERNIGHTED- so my mom called today 05/11/2007 and asked about the dresses- the manager said that it would be the we weekend BEFORE my wedding b/c it takes a few days to ship- NOT IF YOU OVERNIGHT LIKE SHE SAID! What do you do?!?!
