This store looks nice and the staff seem nice enough, that is, while you are there to purchase. Unfortunately, after you have given them your money, it is a whole different story. My sister (the bride) purchased all the bridesmaids dresses from this store. Originally, we were going to have 2 maid of honor dresses and three bridesmaids dresses (in a different color). The SAME day we ordered the dresses, my sister called back and spoke to the manager to make sure we only received ONE maid of honor dress and the rest of the dresses in the other color. They assured us this was no problem since the order had not been submitted yet. Well, we just found out the dresses came in; even though they have been sitting in the store for a WEEK AND A HALF!!!). My sister and one of her bridesmaids went to the store to look at the dresses, and found that they in fact did order TWO the same color (AND the manager actually had the nerve to tell my sister that she remembered the phone conversation to only order one). On top of that.... the sashes for the bridesmaids dresses were completely the wrong color. The manager then told my sister that she could order the dress in the correct color, but the dress would not be in until just 10 days before the wedding, even though there would be no time to have it altered. On top of that, the manager said it would cost my sister an additional $75 for rush shipping; even though it was there mistake!!! Please save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else where the staff actually knows what they are doing, and continue to offer good service after they already have your money.
