Review content:
The Tech had the personality of a rock, and seemed to be a real unhappy person! Maybe got up on the wrong side of the bed. On top of that he left the job uncompleted, as he left the access panel off after he stated the job was complete and he has out the front door. Just not a professional job completed by an unhappy individual. Would of been nice if he might of said, ""Thank You"" for your business as he headed out the door. The icing on the Cake was when the Tech asked me how to remove the service panel! Well I gave him my free advice on how too and he was kind enough to not put the panel back, when he thought he was done.
Pros: Fast Appointment, On Time
Cons: Poor Attitude, Job not finished
