My wife and I have always enjoyed Sawatdee Sushi more than any other sushi restarurant in the Twin Cities. We love the California-style ambience and comfortable atmosphere as well as the food, which has always been very fresh. We cannot believe that this gem is often quite empty at times when you would have to wait in line elsewhere.
Ther sushi for two platter is probably the best value in town and they make the best spicy tuna rolls!
I just wish that they City of Minneapolis would let them validate parking again. We paid over $7 for a 90-minute dinner because of a Target Center event.
Pros: seating availability, fresh fish, ambience
Cons: no cheap parking
