Review content:
We had Surburban Waste Service for our trash pickup and they would often not pick up on the scheduled day. No phone calls, no notices. We finally got fed up with the unreliability of this company and switched to Waste Management. I see Waste Management trucks every week, on time, as scheduled as they pick up various neighbors' trash. Waste Management may be a little more each month, but well worth it!! Do NOT hire Suburban Waste Service unless you want to make a guessing game out of when they will be by to pick up your trash. Also, the person at the office I spoke with (Melissa) is rude.
Pros: They are fine WHEN they pick up your trash
Cons: Unreliable, rude, never come at the same time each week,
