in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
This company just seems to not care about its customers or service it provides. They regularly do not come on our scheduled pick up day, so when we call the offfice to find out when they'll be here, the staff is very rude and provides the 'empty' answer to get you off their back. It's very frustrating for us to have our trash sit out at the curb not knowing when they'll be here.
