I lived in Orlando for 17 years and i've never came across a better restaurant. Hatsuhana serves fresh and high quality food. Price isn't too bad. Its WORTH it. People complain that price is too high, then check out Amura. Their food quality is so low and they over price everything. Hatsuhana is perfect!!! I go in at least 4 times a week. Also the owner is so polite. You should get to know him. He's the man. If your looking for a sushi restaurant, i say you stop by hatsuhana.
Pros: fresh fish. fresh food. polite workers.
