Review content:
Do not trust your pooch to this service. I had only been a client of theirs for less than one month and they missed two appointments! After they missed those appointments to walk my dog, I called and left messages and e-mailed several times. After finally reaching a live person, I mentioned that they had missed appointments and that I had left messages. They never once apologized for their mistake and instead said they were out of town and things got busy. I thought to myself, ""Well, I know life gets busy, but that's not how you run a business."" But I was still polite and was willing to give them one more chance. So as I was trying to work out a new schedule with them, their other line rang, they answered it, and abruptly said they would have to call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. So obviously they don't want me as a customer. I wrote them a letter asking for them to return my keys and I am STILL waiting for them to mail them. In the age of e-mail and cellphones there is no excuse for this lack of service. If they are so neglectful of the people who pay them (and tip them), then just imagine how unattentive they'll be around your dog.
Cons: never return calls or e-mails
