Review content:
I have booked two appointments over the past two weeks for my husband. He says that the massages were good and the spa was well-appointed and very clean. HOWEVER, both appointments ran over 20 minutes late. If a customer shows up late, I would think that the duration of that customer's service would be reduced accordingly, instead of pushing back the next appointment. For the second appointment, the spa did contact us to alert us that they were running late, but not until half an hour before the appointment was scheduled. This is the first time he or I have been to a spa appointment that was more than five minutes behind schedule. It's actually pretty annoying because the whole purpose of going to a spa is to relax, not to worry about whether you will be late for your dinner or theater engagement later that evening. Pros: ambience, massage therapy Cons: not on time
