My first time I tried to visit this shop was 15 minutes after they were supposed to open on a Saturday. Well - after 10 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, I left. The second time I stopped by, I was treated and talked at like a 12-year old. I asked about the lower-end Pete J. line (Ambos Mundos) and the response was, 'I only smoke the higher-end stuff, so I wouldn't know."" I think they make up for the lack of knowledge with arrogance. That is the first and last time I visit this store. There are many other cigar shops that I've been to in the Denver area that at least treat their customers with an ounce of respect, this place is not one of them.
The only benefit I saw was they had a decent selection of OpusX and Liga Privada at decent prices.
Pros: Their prices are not outrageous.
Cons: Lack of knowledge, attitude of staff.
