I have been a platnium blonde for many years. Unfortunatly my hair stylist suddenly moved to the coast without warning. So a friend decided to do my hair for me. Neededless to say, it was a total disaster. I was devistated. I imediatly went out & bought a dark brown box color, & put it on my hair. I HATED IT! My hair was destroyed. It was breaking off, & falling out in clumps. Im was crying everyday for a month. I finally decided I needed.to get it fixed. I searched for salons in my area & came across Urban Colors, & sweet Miss Ali Moralez. It blew me away that she could work such fabulous work in the matter of 3 hours. I was SO much happier with my hair when I walked out the door there the other nite! I had tears in my eyes when Ali had finished working her magic & showed me the finished product. Its going to be a long process to repair the damage to my hair. But it has turned a 180 from where it was when I walked through the door for my appointment. I cant thank her enough. Shes a great girl! Im looking forward to my next visit in 6 weeks! THANK YOU AGAIN ALI!!!
