Review content:
We hired Hoctor Built Homes to replace several windows, fix our front door, and replace a board in our hard wood floors in our recently purchased summer home. Although they were not the lowest bidder, their rate was reasonable and we found Shane to be professional and easy to work with. The job was done in a timely fashion and to our standards. Further, when the windows were removed, we found that the prior window installer had neglected to complete some key steps. Shane contacted us right away, explained the situation, and did the job right. As a result, we hired his company to replace our roof and also mow our lawn this summer. We are considering renting our home next summer and we will call Hoctor Built Homes to manage the rental/upkeep. We truly appreciate the convenience ""one stop shopping"". Once you find someone that you can trust with competitive prices, it's nice to be able to use the same person, who really gets to know you and your property.
