Fantastic Company 4/20/2011

These guys know what they are doing and are a great company to hire! We started with landscpaing and had them remodel our weekend summer house. The house turned out great and as a kicker Shane has a real estate company that rented the house for the whole summer. Finnally a reliable company on the Cape that does what they say they will for the quoted price. more

Possibly the greatest Service on Cape Cod 4/20/2011

ssmithe11 was right!!! We started with a fall cleanup that shane his guys did on time and cheaper than the other bids we had. Shane and his crew then remodeled our home over the winter and came in under the estimated budget and the work was fantastic. They were reliable, honest, and unbelievably on Cape cod they showed up when they said they would!! Highly recomend them for all phases from landscape to construction. As a side note his realty company has our house rented for the whole summer to boot!! Great guy and even greater company and service!!! A++++ Thank you more

Reliable and Reasonable 4/15/2011

We hired Hoctor Built Homes to replace several windows, fix our front door, and replace a board in our hard wood floors in our recently purchased summer home. Although they were not the lowest bidder, their rate was reasonable and we found Shane to be professional and easy to work with. The job was done in a timely fashion and to our standards. Further, when the windows were removed, we found that the prior window installer had neglected to complete some key steps. Shane contacted us right away, explained the situation, and did the job right. As a result, we hired his company to replace our roof and also mow our lawn this summer. We are considering renting our home next summer and we will call Hoctor Built Homes to manage the rental/upkeep. We truly appreciate the convenience ""one stop shopping"". Once you find someone that you can trust with competitive prices, it's nice to be able to use the same person, who really gets to know you and your property. more

Unbelievable Customer Service 8/20/2010

We had cycled through numerous contractors on Cape cod before hiring Shane and his company Hoctor Built Homes to mow our lawn. We were expecting thusual numerous phone calls with noe response to our pleasant suprise his crew showed up ready to work and were a class act. His prices were extremely competitive and honest. We followed through and now use him for snow removal, rental, and all of our construction needs good work and honesty do pay off! He also finished a job that a previous contractor failed to complete he was on time, on budget, and most importantly a pleasure to deal with. I highly recomend Shane and Hoctor Built Homes more

Hoctor lawn service 8/20/2010

I called Hoctor homes to mow our yard on a regular basis. They showed, maintained good communication and did what we asked quickly and professionally. They also gave a very good price. I would recommend them. more

Not Reliable 11/3/2009
