My thumb drive with years of work and all of my confidential information, was damaged. I was frantic, I had a deadline I needed to meet, and I couldn't duplicate the information. I called Indycomp, talked with Alex, who suggested I bring it in and he'd look at it. He said he would attempt to retrieve the information, told me what he would need to do , how much it would cost, and if he couldn't fix it, there wouldn't be a charge. He also assured me, the data on my thumb drive would be kept confidential. I took it in late morning and by early afternoon he fixed it well enough to download my information then uploaded my data onto a sturdy professional thumb drive. As mention in the previous reviews, Indycomp was affordable. Thanks to Alex and Indycomp, I was able to meet my deadline. He's the best computer guy I've ever met and will recommend him to everyone.
