Indycomp Com-Complete Computer Care

My thumb drive with years of work and all of my confidential information, was damaged. I was frantic, I had a deadline I needed to meet, and I couldn't duplicate the information. I called Indycomp, talked with Alex, who suggested I bring it in and he'd look at it. He said he would attempt to retrieve the information, told me what he would need to do , how much it would cost, and if he couldn't fix it, there wouldn't be a charge. He also assured me, the data on my thumb drive would be kept confidential. I took it in late morning and by early afternoon he fixed it well enough to download my information then uploaded my data onto a sturdy professional thumb drive. As mention in the previous reviews, Indycomp was affordable. Thanks to Alex and Indycomp, I was able to meet my deadline. He's the best computer guy I've ever met and will recommend him to everyone. more

My computer was running a lot slower than it should have been so I brought it in to see what was wrong. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to do and how much it would cost. About 24 hours later I had my computer back and it runs about 25% faster now. He is also very interesting to speak with, as he has lived in 36 countries throughout his life. I would recommend him to everyone, definitely. Hands down my favorite computer guy I have ever met. more

Had a server meltdown and had to change servers during a critical time. Needed some data harvested from the old hard drive, and needed it immediately. Called a couple of local repair places, and everyone wanted to charge an additional fee for same-day service. Alex got our data harvested in less time than he quoted, charged a fair price, and followed up with me to make sure everything was as he promised. The place is a mess :-), but Alex is competent! We will use them again! more
