Review content:
I would like to comment on this negative review. I remember this dog and the owner and what happened. The dog did have an eye infection which he did not come in with. I tried speaking to owner and tried to explain the situation, which she didn't want to hear, but I did contact her veternarian who examined the dog, and I also spoke to the vet tech which worked on the dog, and they said the infection was probably due to allergies, and was minor, which they tried to explain to the owner. Ointment was prescribed, and I'm sure the infection cleared up in a couple of days. As far as rudeness on our part, I cannot speak for Ken (I'm SURE there was no ""yelling""), but I tried being very patient with the owner and I was truly concerned, but the owner was being a little over the top regarding the severity of the situation. I tried contacting the owner a couple of more times regarding how the dog was doing, but never received a return phone call. The owners mother-in-law boards her dog with us on a regular basis and still does. I'm sorry that this happened, we do the best we can.
