I have been a customer of this dry cleaner for years and have always experienced not so great customer service over the phone but never as bad as today. The employees are usually very kind, but owner/mangament has always been a bit rude to customers and to the employees. I called in today with a question and my call was handled so rudely and the person hung up the phone on me. I called back in and it turned out it was the owner who then admitted to hanging up the phone on me just because he ""wanted to."" So odd....... I then googled the cleaners for reviews just out of curiosity and found other negative reviews. I felt badly leaving a negative review as I have never done this with any establishment, so I called him in the kindest manner possible to inform him of the existing negative feedback online and he was again so nasty. I am so dissappointed that after informing him that I had been a customer of his for over 7 years he still handled me with disrespect. Not only is he losing me as a customer but several family members and friends as well. I have referred so many people to his cleaners due to the convenient location, not at all for quality. Sometimes you stick with one cleaners out of habit and routine, but there really is no need.....there are many great cleaners on South Beach.
