We used to take our cars to Neutz a decade ago before moving away and always had a great experience. After moving back a few years ago, we had our first mechanical need recently and took our jeep back to Neutz.
Roy and Buddy took their time to figure out a problem that completely baffled them. We had a steering problem at low speeds, so after replacing the rack and steering pump without success, they did some research and determined it was the fan. I was ONLY charged for the fan (the actual solution). I was not charged for the work that didn't result in a fix.
N&T is not the cheapest nor quickest, but they operate with the highest integrity. They don't 'hang parts'. If you want to do business with honest people, take it to Neutz and Tudor.
