After moving back a few years ago, we had our first mechanical need recently and took our jeep back to Neutz. Roy and Buddy took their time to figure out a problem that completely baffled them. We had a steering problem at low speeds, so after replacing the rack and steering pump without success, they did some research and determined it was the fan. I was ONLY charged for the fan (the actual solution). I was not charged for the work that didn't result in a fix. N&T is not the cheapest nor quickest, but they operate with the highest integrity.
