Home invasions, high prices, and a mean staff are just the start of your experience at Waterford Landing. Third floor nightmare apartments, mail boxes a mile away, and forced cable are also part of the fun. Paying for amenities you mostly won't use, their events they hold that no one comes to, and speed bumps everywhere add to your stay.
Pros: Close to Interstate
Cons: Parking, landscaping, staff, cost, fairness, speed bumps, hard to get on to Old Hickory, etc...
