This apartment complex is far from Luxury. From the cheap carpet to the do it yourself attitude from the front office, the office staff is useless. They had a package of mine that I tried to pick up 4 times that they ""did not see"" to saying.. ""it has been here for a while, we were waiting for you to come get it."" more

Luxury, thats a crock!!! I have lived here 8 months and in that 8 months I am bombarded by the maintenence staff everyday for one problem or another! I have asked to schedule appointments if they need to come into my single unit where I live alone with my dog, and they will not do it!!!!!! This is a pain in my side Also in that time my sweet neighbors have all since left and they are renting units to filthy people who play loud music all hours of the night and clomp around all day long. This place has the most unreasonable prices also for a single bedroom. They make you pay for cable even if you are like me and never use it because you are never home, they do not provide you with any wi fi or internet access that is all seperate. I have asked to move to one of their sister complexes closer to where I go to school and my lease will not transfer over out of this hole!!!! The walls are thin, my high heels have ripped the ""luxury"" carpet and my wal mart vaccum cleaner has done damage to them to. This place is not luxury. I would have been better off to live in a place that is not a gated community and taken the risk of getting an even smaller apt. Pros: Interstate is close Cons: Not consumer friendly more

Home invasions, high prices, and a mean staff are just the start of your experience at Waterford Landing. Third floor nightmare apartments, mail boxes a mile away, and forced cable are also part of the fun. Paying for amenities you mostly won't use, their events they hold that no one comes to, and speed bumps everywhere add to your stay. Pros: Close to Interstate Cons: Parking, landscaping, staff, cost, fairness, speed bumps, hard to get on to Old Hickory, etc... more
