I had a GROUPON and I trekked out by Bus, RedLIine and Bus and it was well worth it. The place is HJGE and does have a 'factory feel' but once i had helped myself to a bag of free popcorn and sat down to wait and let people aclimatize themselves to my garb (hat was spectacular from my 'collection' but in Burbank they dont see these....)I felt very comfortable. I left alterations-they seem to have a HUGE staff of people at sewing machnes and dry cleaning. I have to TREK back to pick it all up, but i was quite happy and am sure they will do a very good job!! I canNOT believe the two negative reviews and hope they were having an 'off' day......I will give a second report after I return to take more stuff and pick up what I left. I HOPE they did the great job I think they offer.
