I have to write to refute this disgruntled customer's review. This person who didn't even leave their name has absolutely nothing but sour grapes. This is one of the finest salons in the area. I have been a customer for almost 7 years and love this place and the management. True, Aveda is no longer franchised here but it is for a different reason. Despite that, the new Alfa Parf products are sooooooooooooo much better than Aveda products. This place has such warmth and expertise that I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much Jean, Dana and Lenny for such a wonderful experience and keep up the Excellent work!
