Beautiful Salon 8/20/2009

I have now been a customer for several years and will not go elsewhere because the professionals at Salon Infinity know their business well. I continue to refer friends and patients to ''the salon''. If your concerned about your appearance this should be your salon. Thank you Jean Nicholas for a job well done. And that Mr. Lenny....one of the finest people I've met. I've been going to Salon Infinity for quite some time now, the staff is always pleasant and patient with my ""a little more... a little more... little bit more"" style of choosing how I want to look (even when I let it grow unkept for about 2 years). Pros: Staff, Availability, Service Cons: There's a steep ""bump"" getting into the parking lot. more

Best hair salon/spa in the Belleair/Largo/Clearwater area 7/31/2008

I've been going to Jean Nicholas for hairstyling for the last 15 years, at least. She's the best, and fastest, stylist I've ever used. I just got an awesome new haircut yesterday that is extremely flattering. Jean is so great at listening to what you want and working to create that. She also custom mixes color for my hair that hides the gray but is very soft and natural looking. They've always worked me in for appointments when I have a last-minute event, etc. The salon itself is very beautifully done and has a very calming atmosphere. You go in and immediately your breathing slows down and you have a real spa feeling. Everyone there has always treated me with the utmost courtesy and a very welcoming attitude. I constantly get complimented on my great hairdo and get asked, ""Who does your hair?"" more

Th best cut EVER!! 7/18/2008

First of all, I do not have the easiest hair to work with. My stylist took her time to talk to me about what I wanted before we even started my hair cut. Not only did I recieve the best haircut that I think I have ever had, but I also enjoyed the salon's peaceful, and professional environment. I have found a salon for life!! Thanks!! Best All Around Salon - best Hair Dresser Jean Nichols! 7/17/2008

I have to write to refute this disgruntled customer's review. This person who didn't even leave their name has absolutely nothing but sour grapes. This is one of the finest salons in the area. I have been a customer for almost 7 years and love this place and the management. True, Aveda is no longer franchised here but it is for a different reason. Despite that, the new Alfa Parf products are sooooooooooooo much better than Aveda products. This place has such warmth and expertise that I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much Jean, Dana and Lenny for such a wonderful experience and keep up the Excellent work! Pros: Management, Staff, Ambience, quality of service, everything! more

Never Again 6/6/2008

Was excited at the prospect after reading reviews. I was sadly mistaken. The person who cut my hair had no skills as a stylist and I was charged extra I believe for a ""blowout"" but left with damp, unstyled BAD haircut. Pros: Place is pretty Cons: No Skills---nail polish smelling up room more

Fablous hairstylist, great environment 5/9/2007

I had my hair cut this afternoon at Salon Infinity after making a last minute appointment - and received one of the best haircuts since moving to Florida! The staff was great and my hairstylist (a master cutter) was well worth her price. I've finally found *my* salon 1/26/2006

I called them late in the afternoon, after deciding to get my haircut on a whim, and not only were they willing to squeeze me in as a new client upon my arrival, I was cordially greeted and very well taken care of. Miserable Experience-Horrible Managment 4/27/2005

I payed twice for a consultation with a stylist to find a look I liked for my wedding when one week before my wedding I was told she was no longer there and they would not do another consultation and waive the price. To sum it up they basically told me they didn't need my business and sent me on my way!! I was a wreck!! The owners are horrible people and I had overheard them speak inappropriatly about other clients while I was there on different occasions. I spent alot of money in this establishment on numerous occasions this was a shock!! Pros: Aveda Products Cons: Managment/owners, overpriced, rude more
