This shop was recommended to me by a friend, but unfortunately my experience was horrible. The shop did some repairs and full paint on my car. The body was not sanded properly and the surface was not fully flat prior to painting and is now uneven in appearance. There were also contaminants on the body surface that were left and painted over (little hairs from a brush etc.). Further, they did not contact me prior to painting for my final sign-off, as I had requested. Not everything they touched was done horribly, but the car must be repainted now due to poor workmanship and substandard quality control, and that is unacceptable.
After seeing my car and the work that was done, my friend who recommended the shop in the first place apologized for having sent me there. Now, I'll try to warn you; find a better shop for your car.
Cons: Poor quality, poor communication.
