friendly staff that keep you appraised 8/9/2011

I have lived in Menlo Park for 35 years, and for me there is no other body shop than Cavallino. I remember the first time I went there and saw they did Ferrari's, and figured they would be good, pricey but good. I have taken several cars there over the years, and with one exception (I will explain, it why there is only 4 stars) they have been fabulous!! The only exception was when they repaired our Prius a while back, they crossed up some cooling line (not to the engine), anyway a month or 6 weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the dealer and the dealer explained the faulty repair. The dealer made the repair, so I took the bill to Cavallino's and they paid me back. Other than that one incident - I have had flawless repair work done, and never have had anything to complain about. They use quality parts, have a friendly staff that keep you appraised of the repair all along the way. You may pay less, but you will also get less. more

Great service, great performance! 8/8/2011

I've had to have them fix my bumper twice within a 3-week period. Both times they got my car done FAST, and it looked as good as new! This time the guy even stayed late a few minutes so I could come get my car after I did my grocery shopping :D Great service, great performance! more

I'm so happy I chose Cavallino Collision to repair my car when I got rear-ended last month. My schedule is inflexible, so they allowed me to drop my car off on a Sunday. Dawn and Jonathan were so helpful and were great liaisons between me and my insurance provider. They went above and beyond, and my car looks great! more

My Ford Flex was "T-Boned" by another driver recently. Got my car in to Cavallino's through insurance. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, the service was wonderful. My car looks better than new, such a relief! more

Just had a terrible experience at an auto body shop, they really gave my wife poor service and failed to fix the car properly. A friend at work said to take it to Cavallino and I am so greatful for all they did. They identified the errors, worked it out with the Insurance company and made the repairs. I can tell you the car is as good as new and they made it all painless. I give them an A+! more

I would like to recommend this shop to everyone 7/29/2011

My Z3 coupe was involved into a collision last month, July 2008. I searched for body shop that can perform the most customer satisfaction. Cavallino Collision Repair was on top of my list. Cavallino has proved that it has the best service that I have experienced. Not only the excellent work he did on the body of my car, but also the care of my safety he did extra work. Cavallino took care the air bag light that was triggered during the collision. I would like to recommend this shop to everyone, who wants to have an excellent work for his/her car. Cavallinos is the best auto body shop I have ever been to. They are extremely clean, professional and so nice. They are number one in customer service. The estimator Jonathan was very polite and helpful. He went over step by step what was going to happen with my car and approx. how long it would be. They guarantee there work for as long as you own it.. That's nuts, but they do it. They make everything easy access. You take your car, they have rental car companies pick you up, they call you several times throughout the repair process to let you know how everything is going, when you pick it up you can just leave your rental car there, and then to top it off they clean your car. For additional customer service they do complimentary car cleaning, which includes vaccuming, and windows. It was just awesome. The receptionist made me feel right at home and very comfortable. I almost forgot I was just in an accident. It was just amazing.. One stop shop.. You gotta go there. Tell everyone. I am.. more

I took my Lexus in for a minor repair. They got it done fast and looked amaizing. The color was perfect, I my bumper painted once by another shop adn could not match the color. If you need body work this is the place to go. more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great service, great communication, and my car has never looked so good. Even when I brought my car home from the dealer for the first time it didn't look as good as it does now. I have a 2008 Mercedes C300 and it had front end damage to the bumper and hood. My paint matches perfect, with extra shine, and they even cleaned up the entire inside. Great job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody. My insurance carrier is Farmers, but it doesn't matter what insurance you have they accept all carriers. The receptionist makes you feel right at home and the estimator Jonathan keeps you very well informed. more
