As CATLIEN proceeded though the treatment and was sectioning my hair, she was clearly having trouble. She would catch strands from another part of my head and pull them by accident into the area was working with. It really hurt and she seems frustrated and annoyed. At one point another colleague actually had to come and help and gave her suggestions and told the amount of time to leave the product in my hair (!) Why didn't she already know this? Was this her first time? She worked on for a couple more minutes and then said it needed to process for 5 mins. I actually timed it on my i-phone and she was back in 3 1/2 minutes and continued to work. CATLIEN was rough when she blew out my hair, and I had to move my ear away from the heat several times because it was too hot. She seemed annoyed. All the while I am trying to be nice and not come across like I was really concerned. She did not even try to be nice. Finally half way through the flat ironing someone else came and took over. No one asked me if it was ok or explained why. They just did it. When I was finished and paying, the receptionist reminded my that gratuity was not included in the bill. (Meaning that she was reminding me to leave a tip). I actually looked around to see if Candid Camera was filming this. It was unbelievable. I will never go back. I feel so ripped off I am mad. I am going to another salon to have my mistake fixed.
