Review content:
I bought a wedding package in the amount of $1,075.00 which was for 7 hours of photography that included 150 retouched 4x6?s, a copyright CD and an engagement session. I got ripped off. There are 361 pictures that were provided to me, of which only maybe 50 are perfect and useable. My dress is cutoff, my dress looses its detail and looks like a white blob, the lighting is bad, the background is mostly in every picture, plus I don't even have pictures of the recessional line, the groom with the ring bearer and much more. I confronted Doug Clark Photographic, Inc. d/b/a Clark Photography and they said they thought the pictures were good and didn't even apologize or try making things better. I asked for a refund too since what I contracted for was not completed, however, I was not awarded one. I did not get all of the images on a CD and none of the photos were edited. They printed photographs with red eye and did not crop any of the photos. When I asked for the photos to be retouched, they claimed that they could not retouch the images?that?s because the photos were so bad in the first place that you cannot fix them. I'm totally disappointed and I would never refer Clark Photography (Doug Clark, Father, and Brendan Clark, Son) to anyone. My lesson learned is always get a referral from someone you know. Pros: I have 50 good pictures. Cons: Everything else was bad.
