I've relied on Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs for the past 5 years. I've been fortunate to have the same plumber for each visit. Mark has done such a fine job that I have referred my neighbors to Roto-Rooter for their repairs. I have been pleased with the timely response to my calls and with Mark's explanation of the problem and the plan to do the repairs as well as the time required. The interaction between the customer and the plumber is a unique practice which makes Roto-Rooter a leader in the business. One suggestion: the portable credit card reader and electronic device could be upgraded. I noticed that a lot of time passed before the billing cycle was completed.
