Review content:
Frank Lloyd Wright Cobblestone Auto Spa scratched the inside of my windshield and would not take responsibility for it. I have an immaculate newer Toyota Tundra and noticed a 2 inch fine scratch in the center of the driver's side. I noticed it right away within a couple blocks from Cobblestone after getting a simple $15 wash plus $5 Rain-x. I thought it must be a streak on the outside of the windshield because it didn't wipe away from the inside when I tried to rub it off while driving. I drove all morning, checked it out after lunch and discovered the scratch WAS inside. I called immediately, was told to come down which I did. The manager tried to wax it out and said I couldn't prove they did it. Supervisor tried the wax treatment and said the same - Sorry, tough luck. He told me I may have done it - I said the scratch is smack in the middle of my side of the windshield. It is a new scratch that wasn't there before I brought the truck in. I got the corporate office number, called and left a message but no reply. Beware. High pressure sales by monster drink junkies. Business has no integrity. Thugs.
